Project Creation
Through this article you can find a quick guide on how to create a project and start leveraging Headspace.
Create a project
Whenever you log in, you'll land on your home screen. To create a project, click the 'Create Project' button in the top-right corner.
You'll be taken to a new page where you can input all the details for the project you'll be working on.
Project Name
We start by giving your project a clear and descriptive name that reflects its purpose. You can name it after the brand you're working on, an event you're generating ideas for, or something entirely unique.
Tip! A clear and defined name will keep your workspace organized
Project Category
When creating a project folder, you must select a category. This ensures that all suggested concepts are well-defined within the specified category. Any concept ideas you create within this project will align with that category.
If you need to develop concepts for multiple categories, you'll need to create a seperate project for each one.
Within each category, you can further refine your focus by selecting a specific subcategory. While optional, this step enhances the relevance of the generated concepts for your prompt.
Market
A project is also linked to a specific market in which you operate. Once the market is defined, Headspace will use the trends and insights relevant for this specific market. Our digital twins will also be tailored to the preferences of the population within this market.
The same principle applies as with the project category--if you need to develop concepts for different counties, you'll need to create a sperate project for each market.
Brand
If you're working on a project for a specific brand, this is where you can define it. Headspace uses brand information to guide concept and image generation, ensuring that flavors, designs, and packaging align closely with the brand’s identity.
For packaging, this feature works best when the brand is well-known, as Headspace can better tailor its suggestions to match established branding elements. Including a brand ensures your concepts not only resonate with consumers but also stay true to the essence of the brand itself.
(Note: After setting-up your project, you won't be able to change any specifics)
In the end it should look something like this.
Target Audience
Every product is designed for a specific audience, which you will define in the next step.
Here, you can specify different age groups and target audiences. The details you provide will shape our digital twins, which will deliver insights such as buying intent and the Liking score.
Tip! Narrower parameters of your target audience will result in more precise and relevant insights.
(Note: Liking score is only available from the Pro- and Enterprise-plan.)
Now that you have created a project folder, you can go ahead and create whatever ideas you can come up with.
